Some of our P7 girls had a very enjoyable trip to ENCIRC as part of the Encirc Women in Manufacturing (WIN) programme, hosted by females in the Derrylin site. The girls had a site tour and listened to many of the females speaking about their roles and background stories.
ENCIRC organised this wonderful day as they hope to inspire young females to consider STEM/manufacturing and challenge any pre-conceptions that they may have about manufacturing environments.
Group 2 will be visiting ENCIRC in the coming weeks.
