In our class we have been learning about different types of birds that we see in the day time!
Our Eco Committee members in our class would like to encourage more wildlife into our school grounds by providing delicious treats for animals in the cold weather, when food can be scarce.
So in P2 and 3 we made yummy bird feeders and hopefully we will get more birds visiting and making use of our feeders.
We used a cardboard tube, then covered it in sticky yummy spread and rolled it in birds seeds “mmmmm” 🐦
