This week is Children's Mental Health Week 2025. This year's theme is 'Know Yourself, Grow Yourself'.
'Know Yourself, Grow Yourself' is all about how we can build and grow our resilience by understanding ourselves and recognising our emotions.
Children will be completing activities in class to help them learn more about Mental Health and the only homework children will have on Thursday will be to relax and spend time doing something that they love.
