This week our school celebrated ‘Children’s Mental Health Week’. The theme for the week was ‘GROWING TOGETHER’.
The children from P1-P7 engaged in lots of fun and healthy activities throughout the week to promote a positive mindset exploring how they have grown, and how they can help others to grow. The children made dream catchers, engaged in calm time, mindfulness activities, created their own worry monsters and engaged in talking and listening about their feelings.
What a lovely week celebrating our mental health, exploring positive ways to engage in self awareness, self care and living in the moment. 🧘♀️🎨🤸♂️🙏
